These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and suparbaj ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the suparbaj website, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process on suparbaj, by clicking any "I agree" or equivalent acceptance mechanism, or by accessing or using any part of the Platform after these Terms have been made available, you irrevocably confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understood all provisions;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any additional policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if already registered, contact support@suparbaj to request account closure.

1.1 Additional Policies

These Terms incorporate by reference the following supplementary policies, each of which forms an integral part of the agreement between you and suparbaj:

• Privacy Policy — governing the collection, use, and protection of your personal data;
• Responsible Gaming Policy — governing self-exclusion, deposit limits, and problem gambling support;
• Bonus Terms — specific wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each promotional offer, published on the relevant promotional page;
• Game Rules — individual rules for each game type provided by licensed third-party studios.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary policy, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary policy expressly states otherwise.

Access to suparbaj is strictly restricted. You may only register and use the Platform if you satisfy ALL of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. suparbaj operates a strict 18+ policy. Underage gambling is illegal, harmful, and a violation of these Terms.
• Jurisdiction: You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any form of legal guardianship that restricts your ability to contract.
• Single account: You must not already hold an existing account on suparbaj. Only one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method is permitted.
• Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, either voluntary (initiated through the Platform) or otherwise.
• Not a Company employee: You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of suparbaj or any of its affiliated game providers.

2.1 Age Verification

suparbaj reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Pending verification, withdrawals may be suspended. If age verification reveals that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) after deduction of any bonuses received. suparbaj will not be liable for any loss suffered by an underage player as a consequence of account closure.

2.2 Responsibility for Jurisdictional Compliance

suparbaj does not warrant that access to the Platform is legal in every jurisdiction. Players in Bangladesh access and use the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their use complies with all local, national, and international laws applicable to them.

To access real-money games and betting markets on suparbaj, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your National ID card or passport);
• A valid email address or Bangladesh mobile number (01XXXXXXXXX format);
• Your date of birth;
• A secure, unique password of your choosing.

You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration. Providing inaccurate information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension without the right to withdraw any balance.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal request, suparbaj will require you to complete a KYC identity verification check. You will be asked to submit clear copies of the following documents:

• Identity document: National ID card (NID) or valid passport;
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, or similar, or a mobile financial service statement (bKash, Nagad) dated within the last three months;
• Payment method verification: Confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits is registered in your name.

KYC verification is conducted to prevent underage gambling, fraud, money laundering, and identity theft. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any active bonus balance.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify suparbaj immediately via the Support channel.

All financial transactions on suparbaj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). suparbaj does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transfer fees independently.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

• bKash — Personal send money transactions. The recipient number will be provided at the cashier screen.
• Nagad — Personal send money transactions.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet transfers.
• Upay — UCB mobile financial service transfers.
• Bank transfer — Accepted from City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank accounts in select circumstances. Processing times may be longer.

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: ৳100,000 (subject to payment provider limits)
• Voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) may be set by the player from the account settings at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for the most recent deposit;
• Verified accounts receive bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 15–60 minutes during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6);
• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500;
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000 per transaction (higher amounts may be processed in multiple tranches);
• Any active bonus balance must meet its associated wagering requirement before the corresponding real-money balance is eligible for withdrawal.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

suparbaj complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities. Deposits and withdrawals must originate from and return to accounts registered in the player's own verified name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

suparbaj periodically offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Independence Day (March 26).

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first qualifying deposit of at least ৳500 are eligible for a 100% first-deposit match bonus up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The bonus is credited automatically to the player's bonus balance within minutes of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. No promotional code is required during the standard offer period.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus balance — and any winnings derived from it — becomes withdrawable as real money. Unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Standard wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount;
• Live casino games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements;
• Slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements;
• Sports betting wagers at odds of 1.50 or above contribute 100%;
• Sports bets placed at odds below 1.50 contribute 0%;
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, coordinated bonus harvesting, exploiting game-specific wagering contributions through low-risk bet patterns, or circumventing bonus restrictions — will have their bonus balance and derived winnings voided. Repeated or severe abuse may result in permanent account closure. suparbaj's determination of bonus abuse is final.

5.4 General Bonus Conditions

• One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method;
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another player;
• suparbaj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already opted into a promotion will have their existing bonus honoured under the original terms unless fraud is involved.

suparbaj provides access to casino games and sports betting markets supplied by licensed, internationally certified third-party studios and data providers. The Company does not develop or maintain the underlying game software and is not responsible for game errors that originate within the provider's software infrastructure.

6.1 Game Fairness

All casino games available on suparbaj — including live casino, slots, crash games, and table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live streaming from real dealer studios. The RNG systems used by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi are subject to regular independent audits by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are sourced directly from provider-certified documentation.

6.2 Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC, and international Bangladesh fixtures — and other sports markets are provided on the basis of pre-match and live (in-play) odds generated by the Company's data and risk management systems. Odds are subject to change up to the time a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference number issued, the odds are locked.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction — whether in a casino game, betting market, live stream, or cashier — all affected bets or game rounds may be declared void. Void bets will be refunded to the player's real-money balance. The Company will not be liable for any losses resulting from a malfunction that is clearly outside the range of normal game outcomes. The Company's decision on malfunction voids is final.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits for individual games are displayed within each game interface. Stake limits for sports betting markets are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. suparbaj reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific player accounts where risk management requires it.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on suparbaj. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance held in the account, and may result in legal action.

• Multi-accounting: Creating more than one account on suparbaj, whether under your own name or any alias;
• Identity fraud: Registering using a false name, date of birth, or identity documents, or impersonating another person;
• Payment fraud: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment credentials to fund your account;
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence agents, or any form of automated software to play games or place bets;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live casino games or poker-format games;
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play (see Section 5.3);
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities: Deliberately taking advantage of bugs, errors, or exploits in the Platform or any game software;
• Harassment: Using any communication channel provided by suparbaj (including live chat support) to harass, threaten, or abuse staff or other players;
• Unauthorised commercial activity: Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of suparbaj, including reselling betting tips derived from the Platform's odds.

suparbaj employs automated fraud detection, manual review processes, and third-party verification services to identify prohibited conduct. Players under investigation may have their accounts temporarily restricted pending the outcome of the review.

suparbaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common grounds for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or association with criminal conduct;
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Regulatory or legal requirement to restrict access;
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant; dormant accounts may be closed after a further 90-day notice period sent to the registered email address.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your suparbaj account at any time by contacting the Support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Any active bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirement will be forfeited upon closure. Real-money balances above ৳500 will be refunded; balances below ৳500 are forfeited unless the closure is initiated for responsible gaming reasons, in which case the full balance is returned.

8.2 Dormant Account Fees

After 12 months of inactivity, a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 may be applied to the account balance, subject to the account having received the required notice. The dormancy fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.

All content on suparbaj — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of suparbaj or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without express written permission;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software;
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or extraction tool on any part of the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application without express written consent.

Game content provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. All provider trademarks and game titles are used on suparbaj under their respective licensing arrangements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, suparbaj, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes — all wagering is at your own risk and the house edge is clearly disclosed;
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity interruptions beyond the Company's reasonable control;
• Third-party payment provider failures, delays, or errors by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay;
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain password security;
• Loss of winnings during a technical malfunction where bets are voided in accordance with Section 6.3;
• Any decision made in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or match previews.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. suparbaj makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining adequate security on your own device.

In no event shall suparbaj's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

suparbaj operates under international licensing frameworks. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the Company's international operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of Bangladesh.

11.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising between you and suparbaj in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

1. Informal resolution: Contact the Support team via the Support page. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within five Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business days.
2. Formal complaint: If the informal resolution process does not produce a satisfactory outcome within 14 days, you may submit a formal written complaint to support@suparbaj marked "Formal Complaint". The Company will respond in writing within 28 days.
3. Arbitration: If a formal complaint remains unresolved, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

You agree not to initiate any class action or representative legal proceeding against suparbaj. All disputes are to be resolved on an individual basis.

suparbaj reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via:

• An on-screen notification displayed at login;
• An email to the registered address on file;
• An updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact Support to close your account.

Changes to Terms will not be applied retroactively to bets already placed, bonuses already credited under the prior terms, or withdrawal requests already submitted prior to the effective date of the change.

suparbaj also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, promotion, or service on the Platform at any time without prior notice, provided that any real-money balance held in your account at the time of discontinuation will remain withdrawable.
